2019 marked the 11th year since YouTube’s entry into the Indian market. To help marketers and creators understand the massive impact YouTube has made in India and its importance in the digital ecosystem today, Youtube hosted the 2019 Brandcast in India.

We MediaWorks conceptualised, designed and executed an experiential journey for the attendees where they moved from past to the future of advertisement. The Registration area paid homage to different eras of advertising before the digital age and a larger than life anamorphic play button created the ideal entrance to the pre-function area where interactive activities and photo-booth showcased the attention-grabbing and unique content on Youtube. The focal point in the pre-function area was to showcase new age digital technology through engaging activities and how YouTube is keeping up with its pace by evolving everyday

This annual flagship event was launched by YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki where she shared insights on the exponential growth of the online video ecosystem and how it is interlinked to India’s internet growth story. The session ended with an insightful discussion with world-renowned director Zoya Akhtar followed by an artistic performance by "Gully Boy" Naezi.
